Free 3-day live challenge for Nova Scotia business owners

Know what to fix so AI recommends you.

In 3 days. One ChatGPT prompt a day. You don't touch your website.

Tuesday, October 20 to Thursday, October 22, 2026

Noon to 1:00 pm

Live on Zoom. Free.

You pay to be found online. AI still doesn't know who you are.

You pay for SEO. You rank on Google. So you figure AI knows you too.

Ask it.

I'm studying how AI sees Nova Scotia small businesses.

Being good at what you do and being known by AI are two different things. Nobody told you there was a second one.

This isn't about your SEO person. They're doing their job. Getting you ranked on Google is one job. Getting AI to know who you are is another.

We're the people who stopped assuming AI knows us, and went and asked it.

This is for you if…

  • You run a Nova Scotia business where your expertise is the product. Consultant, advisor, lawyer, accountant, clinic owner, coach, specialist, trade.
  • You assumed being on Google covered AI.
  • You've been in business 2 years or more and you have your own website.
  • You've never asked ChatGPT who it sends people to for what you do.
  • You'd rather know.

Not for businesses outside Nova Scotia, retail or product businesses, or a business with no website of its own.

Here's what happens each day

Each session is 60 minutes. You run the day's prompt live, in the room, on a free ChatGPT account. Copy, fill in the blanks, send.

Day 1 · Tuesday, October 20

Ask AI about you

You ask ChatGPT what it knows about your business. Most people have never asked.

Your win: ChatGPT's answer about your business, in front of you.

Day 2 · Wednesday, October 21

Who gets the call

You ask ChatGPT what your customer asks, like “who's the best accountant in Truro?” It gives three names. You find out whose.

Your win: The three names AI recommends for what you offer.

Day 3 · Thursday, October 22

Know what to fix

You paste in the words from your homepage. ChatGPT checks them and tells you what's missing.

Your win: Your top 3 fixes.

None of it reflects the quality of your work. It is all fixable.

My own site scored 25 out of 100. I do this for a living.

I'm Carol Roderick. I help Canadian business owners get AI working inside their business. I'm in Halifax.

The first time I checked what AI knew about my own business, it came back 25 out of 100. Didn't know until I looked.

So I built a way to check, and a way to fix it. This challenge is the first step of that, and you do it yourself.

Wendy looked first.

“It's kind of like AI looked back at me and went, 'Yeah, I don't know her.' Where do you go from here?”
Wendy Newman · Realtor

Before the work, AI had nothing to say about her. Thirty days later her visibility score had gone from 40 to 78 out of 100, and AI could name her and recommend her for her specialty.

“AI actually knows who I am now.”
Wendy Newman · Realtor
“If you have expertise at something and you're not showing up in AI, you really need this. It's gonna be worth every penny.”
Wendy Newman · Realtor

This is the first Nova Scotia group.

Questions people ask before they sign up

No. You need a free ChatGPT account and that's it. Each day I give you one prompt. You copy it, fill in the blanks and send. I do it first on my own business so you can see how.

Three days from now, you'll know.

What AI says about your business. Who it sends people to. The three things to fix.
